About Me

Hi, I’m Shawn DiBona, owner of Alaskan Property Services.

I grew up in Hammonton, NJ, and after seven years in the trades, I built this business to bring reliable, high-quality home remodeling to South Jersey.

When you hire me, you’re getting the person who actually shows up on the job — the one who listens, communicates clearly, and treats your home with respect.

How I work?

When you reach out, whether by email, text, or phone call, I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. From there, I’ll usually ask for a few photos of the project so I can understand what you need and give you an initial idea of what the job involves.

If the project requires a closer look, I’ll schedule an in-person visit to walk the space with you, answer questions, and provide a clear, detailed quote. I accept payments in cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.

Why Alaskan property services?

People often ask how I came up with the name Alaskan Property Services. The truth is — it started with my truck. Back in 2021, I ordered a Chevy Silverado 3500 with the Alaskan trim package. At the time, it was the only way to get the black wheels I wanted without jumping to a higher (and much more expensive) trim level.

That truck quickly became my workhorse — the one that carried tools, hauled materials, and took me to every job across South Jersey. The name stuck with me. It felt strong, reliable, and straightforward… exactly how I wanted my business to operate. So when it came time to choose a name, Alaskan just made sense.
